1. Initial discussion of budget, proposed scope of work with client and design team.


2. Introduction of OMNI Build Groups job scheduling and management system.


3. Complete project checklist

  • Dumpster location for trash
  • Insurance requirements
  • Bonding requirements
  • Verification of funding
  • Payment procedure
  • Project schedule
  • Shop drawings (millwork, stone) submittals for materials
  • Procurement of FF&E (Fixtures, Furniture and Equipment)
  • Meeting time/date/attendees.
  • Site access and logistics/parking/hours of work.
  • Fire protection/safety/environmental
  • Parking requirements
  • Security of jobsite

4. Consultants meet with omni design team, architectural, Interior design, Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, audio visual and subcontracting tradesman.


5. Submittal of client and design team approved drawings for permit.


6. Provide budget and schedule of approved permit drawings for client approval.


7. Prepare and review of omni contract for client approval.


8. Execution of contract.


9. Commencement of start date.


10. Bi-weekly time-line and milestones onsite with omni superintendent, omni project management and omni sub-contractors


11. Bi-weekly financial status update
